The personal data we collect from you is stored in our CRM tools. These tools are fully compliant with current legislation and guarantee optimal protection of all personal data of our customers and suppliers.

Your information will only be used by employees within Obelisk to provide our services or inform you regarding our products/services.

Your information will never be transferred, sold or exchanged outside of Obelisk for marketing purposes

Right of Access:
You have the right to obtain information about the personal information we maintain about you at any time. You can contact Obelisk that will provide you with your personal information via email.

Right to portability:
Where Obelisk processes your personal data by automated means based on your consent or pursuant to an agreement, you have the right to have a copy of your data transferred to you or another party in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. This applies only to the personal data you have submitted to us.

Right of correction:
You have the right to request correction of your personal data if it is inaccurate, including the right to complete incomplete personal data.

Right to erasure:
You have the right to erase personal data processed by Obelisk at any time, except in the following situations

  • you have a current request for proposal
  • you have an open order that has not yet been fulfilled or only partially fulfilled
  • You have an outstanding debt with Obelisk, regardless of payment method
  • if you have used our services, we retain your personal information related to your transaction for accounting purposes

Your right to object to processing based on a legitimate interest:
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data based on a legitimate interest of Obelisk. Obelisk will not continue processing the personal data unless we can demonstrate a legitimate reason for the processing that overrides your interests and rights or as a result of legal claims.

You have the right to object to direct marketing, including profile analysis for purposes of direct marketing.

    if you claim that your personal data is inaccurate, Obelisk shall restrict all processing of such data pending verification of the accuracy of the personal data.
  • if the processing is unlawful, you may oppose the erasure of your personal data and instead request a restriction on the use of your personal data
  • if Obelisk no longer needs the personal information, but it is necessary for your defense against legal claims.

If you believe that Obelisk is processing your personal data in an incorrect way, you can contact us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
