Learning Objectives

Based on the learning goals discussed during the intake session, and taking into account the starting situation, we will work in different ways in the coaching sessions.

  • We sharpen self-knowledge and skills with practical exercises and tips
  • We strengthen self-awareness through moments of reflection and feedback
  • We address current problem situations

This is how we proceed

At the end of each session, we complete an individual action plan and the coachee is given a homework assignment. After the coaching, we plan a moment to evaluate the coaching and explore how the result of the coaching can be anchored within the organization. The immediate supervisor of the coachee can be invited to this conversation to support further anchoring.
