Obelisk is a strategic L&D partner that strengthens organizations in their growth. We support clients in organizing learning programs, but also in developing their L&D and HR teams into fully-fledged business partners. Our approach is clear, evidence-based, and strongly focused on results and learning transfer.

Our offering covers three major areas:

  • Learning programs in soft and hard skills
We design and supervise learning programs in both soft and hard skills. These range from communication skills such as giving feedback, customer-focused working, showing resilience, and conducting difficult conversations, to leadership and teamwork.
  • L&D and HR consultancy
We support L&D and HR professionals who want to develop or refine their learning policies.
  • Learning programs for L&D and HR professionals
We coach learning groups of L&D and HR managers from larger organizations. In addition, we coach entire L&D teams in their professional development: strengthening team competencies, defining roles and responsibilities, and setting up a robust team structure that makes them operationally strong in the broader organization.

3. Project management and collaboration with freelancers

You manage projects according to clear processes and ensure consistent implementation.

4. Training, innovation, and professionalization

You will give a limited number of training sessions (approximately 0.5 to 1 day per week) and be involved in strategic processes.
