Obelisk is an HR consulting organization, active in guiding and empowering organizations, employees and job seekers in their change and development process.
- We work out customized training programs for companies,
- we accompany job seekers during a training program,
- we support individuals in the thought process surrounding their careers,
- and we assist organizations with various challenges that are "people-related" such as team coaching, leadership development, HR policies.
One can often not do without the other, so we strongly believe in a holistic approach where we focus on both the counseling and the context around it.
